According to the type of service; It realizes the return requests of dissatisfied customers for 3 – 15 days, excluding the period until the date of the return request.

Purchases made on behalf of the customer within the scope of web design, social media management and digital advertising management services cannot be refunded.
In consultancy services, the period until the date the refund request is created cannot be refunded.
Hosting, domain names, VPS-VDS, rental servers, SSL certificates, co-location, license, software services cannot be canceled and these services cannot be refunded.
All refunds will be made within 30 working days.
The refund guarantee does not cover clients/accounts that have been suspended/stopped due to non-compliance with the service agreement.
Each of our users can request a refund only for the first service received. For example, if there is a service you have already received / are receiving from DMK AJANS VE DANIŞMANLIK TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. and you purchase a second service, the return guarantee does not apply to this service.
